- has 6 to 8 years of difficult HR experience
- is knowledgeable about all HR disciplines
- uses the judgement that is gained with time
Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)
This certification is good for companies that hire professionals across the world. The GPHR:- has HR responsibilities that aren't confined by national borders
- understands globalization strategies
- develops, and evaluates programs, tools, and processes
- oversees practices that balance employee rights with the needs of the employer
Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP)
This credential is also globally relevant and is designed for those who are management-level in their knowledge and skills. They have mastery of generally accepted principles and strategy. The certification will demonstrate the HR professional's skills in:- leadership
- how to develop people and manage talent
- how to measure success
Human Resource Business Professional (HRBP)
This validates professional-level core HR skills. The certification focuses on:- human resources administration
- recruitment and selection
- employee communication and relations
- training and development
- health, safety, and security
